I had previously never bought a home but extensively rented from people over the years, and let me tell you the experience with the average landlord is usually not all that pleasant. The process has also grown incredibly convoluted with too many details needed and arbitrary restrictions being placed on the renter. When I decided to buy it felt almost easier to buy with Brett than just renting an apartment. I was looking initially in Summerlin and Henderson but eventually settled on Spring Valley because of the connectivity of that area. I was a bit hesitant about dealing with a realtor not knowing what to expect, but Brett broke through these worries and surpassed my expectations. He's very easy going, very knowledgable, extremely easy to communicate with and quick to meet at the homes. I didn't know everything that is involved in buying a home so his industry experience was invaluable. He found a great home inspector and already knew good contractors that I could contact to fix potential shortcoming. These were great recommendations, and I still use these guys. For example one of the challenges was that the home could have potentially used some faulty pipes that were known to sometimes be used for homes by those builders in that era. He took care of everything, found a contractor to go in and check whether this was actually a concern which it ended up not being. He made this process very simple on my end handling the entire process and being transparent throughout. I think Brett has to be one of the top real estate agents out here in Vegas, I will certainly continue to work with him as I look to potentially switch homes in the future. Highly recommend him
